Annual General Meeting is to be held in the Clubhouse at
7.30 for 8pm on Saturday
1st December. This is our most important
meeting of the year where the
future administration of the club is discussed.
Matters to be discussed are the elections for the positions
of Commodore, Officers and Committee, and the club's finances and future
Your attention is drawn to item 9 which will include changes to the Club Rules to regarding Honorary Membership.
The proposed revised Rules will be displayed in the clubhouse and on the club's website.
Our Agenda is as follows:-
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of last AGM.
3. Matters arising.
4. Commodoreís Report.
5. Treasure's Report.
6. Election of Officers.
7. Election of Committee.
8. Election of Auditor.
9 Amendments to Rules and Bye-laws (Honorary Membership
and Safety Boats
10 Any Other Business.
If you are unable to attend and have any items you wish to be
included under any other business or would like to nominate a candidate
for any of the above positions, these should
be forwarded in writing to me, Joan Bray, at 21 Manor Drive North, New
Maiden, Surrey, KT3 5PB, not later than Saturday 24th November.
The formalities over, normally lasting less than an hour, we
our annual Prizegiving
presided over by Richard Cannon and then
itís on to our End Of Season Party
complete with our traditional
mulled wine, homemade mince pies and other tasty fare.
