AGM, PRIZEGIVING and END OF SEASON PARTY
Our Annual General Meeting is to be held in the Clubhouse at 5.30 pm on Sunday 3rd December
5:30PM SUNDAY 3rd DECEMBER 2006
2006 - PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF TIME AND DATE
This is our most important meeting of the year where the future administration of the club is discussed.
It is your chance to choose the Officers and Committee you would like
to represent you for the coming year and to learn how the club finances
are used and improvements are achieved. It also enables you to exercise
your vote and voice opinions on further improvements both in
administration and the facilities. As you know, all Flag Officers and
conmiittee members are volunteers and we greatly appreciate your input.
Our Agenda is as follows:-
1. Apologies for absence.
2. Minutes of last AGM.
3. Matters arising.
4. Commodore’s Report.
5. Treasure's Report.
6. Election of Officers.
7. Election of Committee.
8. Election of Auditor.
9 Any Other Business.
Requests for any items to be included under any other business should
be forwarded in writing to me, Joan Bray, at 21 Manor Drive North, New
Maiden, Surrey, KT3 5PB, not later than Monday 27th November 2006.
The formalities over, they normally last only an hour, we proceed to
our annual PRIZEGIVING presided over by Richard Cannon and then
it’s on to our END of SEASON PARTY complete with our traditional
mulled wine and homemade mince pies.
